Barry Colpitts
Barry Colpitts lives on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia in the village of West Jeddore. He began carving in 1995. His subject matter includes penguins, birds, cats, mice, fish, pigs and roosters. Barry carves lots of mermaids, bird trees and interesting weather vanes. Barry's work can be found in galleries in Montreal, Toronto, Charlottetown, Calgary, Halifax and Lunenberg. His work has been featured on the Life Channel's "Weird Homes." Barry's work is presently featured in "Saltscapes" magazine.
